Sourdough and mix for leavened products
A blend of “sourdough for leavened products” for preparation of starter dough and “mix for leavened products” to be added for final dough development. This mix contains all the basic ingredients in a correct proportion, to significantly simplify preparation and reduce hands-on time. Pastry cooks can add their own personal touch by mixing in other ingredients such as candied fruit, raisins or aromas (vanilla, cinnamon). Particularly well suited to the production of Panettone, Pandoro, Veneziana and Colomba.
