Adjuvant Malto Plus

Malto Plus is a blend of malts to be used in dough based on sourdough starters or ‘biga’ (a type of pre-fermented dough), and for flours at low amylasic activity. It enables fermentation, while developing a good honeycomb texture, and grants a more intense colour, taste and scent to the dough.
